Healthy Food. Stronger Communities.
A Sustainable Future.
To create healthier communities through affordable, nutritious food, sustainable practices and meaningful community connections.
Our mission
At Gourmet Daily, we believe everyone deserves access to fresh, nutritious and affordable food, regardless of their circumstances.
Our mission is to make healthy eating accessible while supporting local communities, reducing food waste and encouraging more sustainable food choices. We want to show that eating well doesn't have to be expensive or complicated.
We prepare freshly cooked meals using quality ingredients, sourcing locally wherever possible to support Lancashire's growers and producers. Alongside our meal service, we aim to educate and inspire people through practical workshops, seasonal recipes and community activities that encourage cooking from scratch, growing food at home and making the most of local produce.
We are more than a meal provider. We are building a community where food brings people together, supports wellbeing and creates opportunities for learning, connection and positive change.
Together, we're growing something bigger than food.
We're growing healthier people, stronger communities and a more sustainable future. 🌱
Our vision
Our vision is to create healthier, more connected and resilient communities where everyone has access to affordable, nutritious and sustainably produced food.
We aspire to build a local food system that supports people's wellbeing, strengthens communities and protects the environment by reducing waste, supporting local producers and encouraging responsible food choices.
Through collaboration with local organisations, businesses and volunteers, because we believe lasting change happens when communities work together. We aim to inspire lasting change by making healthy eating accessible, promoting food education and creating opportunities for people to connect through food.
As we grow, we envision Gourmet Daily becoming a trusted community food hub across Lancashire—bringing people together, supporting local economies and demonstrating that good food can improve lives while caring for our planet.
As a Community Interest Company, every decision we make is guided by our social purpose. Any surplus we generate is reinvested into improving our services, expanding our community programmes and reaching more people who can benefit from affordable, healthy food.
Our team
Our strength lies in our individuality. Set up by Esther Bryce, the team strives to bring in the best talent in various fields, from architecture to interior design and sales.
